In the Moment

Are you present in the moment?

I thought I was and then one day I really experienced being in the moment and a sense of serenity filled my being.

As I washed my face using my  VinoSpa Cleanse I closed my eyes. I took the time to breathe in the healing scents from the essential oils. Massaging gently in an upwards motion I allowed myself the time to really engage in the feeling of my fingertips gliding over my skin. I felt the smoothness of my skin, the silkiness of the cleanse as I smoothed it over my neck and face.

The essential oil blend in our VinoSpa cleanse completely
encompassed my olfactory system and I felt like
I was floating in a warm bubble.

I found myself on a journey of senses as I fell into a deep breathing pattern that allowed me to slow my heart rate down and fill my nose with the healing scents of our combined essential oils. I thought about the five senses. Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste and Touch. As I continued to breathe deeply and slowly, I listened to the birds that were chirping through my open window in my bathroom. If filled me with a sense of peace. The essential oil blend in our VinoSpa
cleanse completely encompassed my olfactory system and I felt like I was floating in a warm bubble.

As I splashed warm water over my neck and face, I enjoyed the feeling of clean and simple skincare yet the indulgence of being in a spa. I reached for the glass of cool water and lemon and took a drink and thought about the coolness of the liquid as it flowed down and how it quenched my thirst. I pressed the glass to my cheek and just enjoyed the moment completely.

I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror and realized it had really only been like 5 minutes since I started washing my face and yet I felt like I had been on this adventure. I realized I had just decided to slow the moment down and really feel the experience, allow myself to indulge in the moment and really breathe and feel.

I will never wash my face the way I had been, rushing though the moment to get to the next phase. I wanted to experience that simple “in the moment “again and again.

Take the time to feel the smoothness of the product, the grain of the grape seed, your touch, the incredible healing and uplifting scents of the essential oils.

Life is short! Take the time each and every day to be in the moment!

Cheers,
Gayle
