Your VinoSpa Cosmeceuticals are made at 40 Knots Vineyard and Estate Winery in Comox on Vancouver Island, Canada. This assures quality control in small batches and the freshest of pure ingredients. Your VinoSpa will be shipped directly to you from 40 Knots Vineyard and Estate Winery.

Tracking Numbers
Most orders are shipped UPS. Orders will be filled the next business day and out the door to you. Please note that once the shipment has left, we are not able to redirect. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.

All Other Shipping Destinations
Shipping costs to all non-continental US destinations are based on weight. You will be notified of shipping costs during check-out. Additional customs fees may be charged depending on the country's regulations. Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Returns

VinoSpa will replace or refund you for any product that is flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the product for replacement. We are unable to accept returns of products that have been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or product that is ordered in error.

Once the product is received back at our facility, we will inspect and contact the customer to discuss. If the original shipment was flawed, the customer will be shipped a replacement product. Consideration will be given for a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Orders that were canceled during transport will have a 15% restocking fee applied once the order has been received by VinoSpa. Customers are to note that once the shipment leaves VinoSpa, we may not be able to redirect during transit, and the shipping cost to send back to VinoSpa will be the responsibility of the customer.
